WARRANTY, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

 

QUSY PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our products do not break down, but just in case we give a 24-month warranty on each product of our brand. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the materials and design defects that occur when used in accordance with the instruction manual. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the products and damage caused by improper use or an accident.

 

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:

We will send you a courier for the package
Depending on the defect, we repair or replace the baby carrier with a new one
We send you a repaired or a new baby carrier

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

The customer has 14 days to return the purchased product without giving any reason. We accept returns of new products, of course taking them out of the packaging and trying them on is not treated as using the product. We only accept returns for goods purchased through our online store. You need a receipt and a completed return form attached to the carrier. The customer orders a courier at his own expense. The fee is reimbursed in the same way as the payment was made.
